Description
The electric high vacuum ball valve (GUD series) is a specialized valve designed to control vacuum flow in high-vacuum pipelines. This semiconductor vacuum ball valve operates using an electric actuator to drive the ball open or closed, providing fast and reliable on-off control. Its high flow conductance and multiple connection options make it an essential component in systems that require precise vacuum management.

The GUD series vacuum ball valve consists of a stainless steel body, a precision-machined ball, a stem and an electric actuator. When the actuator receives an electrical signal, it rotates the stem 90 degrees, which in turn rotates the ball to open or close the valve. In the open position, the ball's bore aligns with the pipeline, allowing unobstructed vacuum flow. In the closed position, the ball forms a tight seal against the valve seats, preventing any leakage.
This high vacuum pipeline valve is designed to operate in both vacuum and pressure environments, making it highly versatile. Its compact design and low outgassing properties make it ideal for use in cleanroom and high-purity applications.
Ultra-Low Leakage Rate: Achieves a leakage rate of ≤6.7×10^-5 Pa.L/S, ensuring reliable vacuum performance in critical applications.
Fast Response Time: Available in operating times from 4s to 30s, allowing for quick system response and process control.
Multiple Connection Options: Supports "G" thread, loose flange, weld and KF flange vacuum valve connections, providing compatibility with various pipeline systems.
All-Stainless Steel Construction: The body, bonnet, stem and ball are made of stainless steel, ensuring corrosion resistance and long service life in harsh environments.
Versatile Power Supply Options: Compatible with AC220V/50HZ, AC110V and DC24V power supplies, making it suitable for global installations.
Any Orientation Installation: Can be installed in any position without affecting performance, providing flexibility in system design.

Pioneer Valve specializes in manufacturing high-performance vacuum valves for industrial and scientific applications. Our electric high vacuum ball valves are rigorously tested to ensure they meet the strictest quality standards for vacuum performance and reliability. We use advanced manufacturing techniques and high-quality materials to produce valves that deliver consistent performance in demanding environments. Our experienced engineering team can provide custom solutions to meet your specific vacuum system requirements, and our global service network ensures prompt support wherever you are located.
"G" thread connections are suitable for low-pressure applications, loose flange connections offer easy installation, weld connections provide the highest pressure rating, and KF fast release flanges are ideal for quick assembly and disassembly in vacuum systems.
Yes, the all-stainless steel construction provides excellent corrosion resistance. For highly corrosive media, we recommend using Viton seals.
The maximum operating pressure depends on the connection type. Weld connections can handle pressures up to 40×10^5 Pa, while KF fast release flanges are suitable for pressures up to 10^5 Pa.
