We possess R&D capabilities for special material forming processes, such as corrosion-resistant structural optimization of Hastelloy alloys and lightweight design of titanium alloys, and have mastered core manufacturing technologies such as precision casting and CNC machining, enabling high-precision molding of complex valve bodies.
Customization Scope
Our products adopt high-performance special alloys for extreme conditions, comply with mainstream global standards with customizable specifications, and feature structural innovation and optimized design to meet special process needs.
Material Range
Covers special alloys such as duplex stainless steel S2205, titanium alloy TA2/TC4, and Hastelloy C276, compatible with extreme operating conditions including high temperature, low temperature, and corrosion resistance.
Standard System
Fully compatible with mainstream global standards such as ANSI B16.34, DIN 3202, JIS B2071, and GB/T 12237, supporting customized flange dimensions and pressure ratings.
Structural Innovation
Supports customized non-standard lengths (±2mm accuracy), special valve seat materials (such as PTFE + carbon fiber composite seals, metal hard seals), and optimized flow channel design for multi-port ball valves, meeting the needs of special process flows.
Private Labeling
  • Brand Identification
    We offer two options for brand marking: valve body casting (permanent raised lettering) and laser marking (high-precision 3D engraving). The logo position can be customized according to customer requirements.
  • Color System
    We use the RAL international color chart standard and support weather-resistant coatings such as epoxy resin electrostatic spraying and fluorocarbon paint, meeting customers' VI system color management needs.
  • Nameplate Solution
    We customize 304 stainless steel etched nameplates according to customer specifications, integrating product model, serial number, certification marks (such as CE/SIL3), and corporate brand elements to enhance product recognition and professional image.
QC & Testing Standards
Factory Testing
Includes hydrostatic pressure testing (2.5 times the rated pressure, held for 30 minutes), gas leak testing (using a helium mass spectrometer), spectral material analysis (PMI verification of chemical composition), and coordinate measuring machine (CMM) dimensional inspection (tolerance ±0.05mm), ensuring 100% compliance with ISO 9001 and CE/PED certification standards;
Third-Party Verification
Comprehensive re-testing can be commissioned from international organizations such as SGS and BV, providing bilingual (Chinese and English) test reports and EU CE certification documents to guarantee compliance for global market access.

Requirements Communication
Engage in in-depth discussions with clients regarding technical parameters, material requirements, standard compliance, and specific operating conditions. Utilize the ERP system to generate customized requirements documents, ensuring accurate translation of client needs.

Drawing Confirmation
Complete drawing design or reverse engineering verification based on CAD/SolidWorks 3D modeling. The final drawing version is locked after joint review and confirmation by both technical teams.​​​​​​​

Sample Production
Conduct small-batch trial production according to the confirmed drawings, performing comprehensive testing including hydrostatic/pneumatic pressure testing and spectral material analysis. Provide English and Chinese test reports for client verification.

Utilize intelligent production lines for standardized operations, and employ the ERP system to monitor production progress and quality data in real time, ensuring consistency between mass-produced products and samples.​​​​​​​

Implement final inspection procedures according to ISO 9001 and CE/SIL3 certification requirements, including dimensional accuracy verification, performance testing, and third-party testing (such as SGS/BV) sample verification.​​​​​​​
