Like other threaded ball valves, the XPQ11F-2000PSI works on a quarter-turn principle. When the handle, worm gear, or actuator rotates the ball 90 degrees, the ball bore aligns with the pipeline to allow full flow, or turns perpendicular to the flow path to block the medium. This direct operation enables fast shutoff with a small operating torque.
The signal design of this 2000PSI ball valve provides open-close position feedback, which supports pneumatic and electric control in automated process piping. The position signal helps operators confirm the valve state without on-site inspection, which is useful in chemical and water treatment lines where process continuity matters.
