Our high vacuum ball valves are engineered for reliable and durable performance in ultra-high vacuum systems. Available in both 2-way and 3-way configurations, these valves support multiple actuation methods (manual or pneumatic) and are designed to ensure minimal leakage, excellent temperature resistance, and compatibility with various installation types.
Designed to operate within a broad vacuum pressure range:
G Thread: 1.6×10⁶ to 6.7×10⁻⁴ Pa
Loose Flange: 6×10⁵ to 6.7×10⁻⁴ Pa
Weld Connection: 4×10⁶ to 6.7×10⁻⁴ Pa
KF Fast Release Flange: 1×10⁵ to 6.7×10⁻⁴ Pa
These options offer flexibility for diverse vacuum system integrations, from research labs to industrial vacuum chambers.
Leak Rate: ≤ 6.7×10⁻⁵ Pa·L/s
Sealing Materials: Available in PTFE, PPL, or optional Viton to meet different chemical and temperature resistance needs.
The valve’s Teflon or PPL seats ensure a tight seal while minimizing particle buildup, making them ideal for applications involving contaminated or “dirty” vacuum environments.
PTFE Version: -25℃ to +150℃
PPL Version: -30℃ to +260℃
Suitable for both cryogenic and high-temperature applications in demanding vacuum processes.
Key components including the body, bonnet, stem, and ball are all made of high-grade stainless steel, offering long-term corrosion resistance and mechanical strength.
