GDD electrichigh vacuum angle valve isthrough electrical components to control valve plate moving thenturn on or shut off the vacuum airflow,the applicable media is air and non-corrosive gases.
It has two structures, one is (GDD-J) angle type and another is (GDD-S) a tee type within an ISO-KF or flange end pre-pump port.
Normally the electric motorized angle valve is rubber sealed, if need bellows or metal sealed please take a note.
The signal feedback device is passive contact type as factory setting.
